Hello and thank you for you question. I would suggest rolling the bottom of your foot and calves on a roller or lacrosse ball to relax the muscles and fascial tissue. I’d also recommend icing and taking NSAIDs daily to reduce any inflammation in the tissue. If the presentation and cramping persists after a few days of the above then I’d see a Podiatrist in person.
