Toes and legs have spasms

Toes and leg had been having spasms. Days later, had my feet up and watched as my 2nd toe slowly raised up from the base of the 2nd toe where meets the foot–it has stayed that way. Been a month and has not gone back down. Does not hurt when walking, only hurts when try to push it back down–and then is very stiff. It stays stiff and moves as a whole unit at same time as the 3rd toe.

Hello and thank you for your question. Sounds like you may be experiencing spastic type hammertoes – which can often be related to small muscles in the toes that are fatigued. My suggestion initially would be to roll the bottom of the foot on on a golf ball or RAD Roller (www.radroller.com) followed by Correct Toes (www.correcttoes.com) If you feel the pain and spasms persist after 2 weeks of the above then I’d suggest seeing a Podiatrist.
