I have sharp pain on the inside of my arches and in the morning they are generally just sore.
Hello and thank you for your question. I would start to incorporate daily foot release into your routine. Roll your feet on a golf ball or RAD Roller (www.radroller.com) for 10 minutes every day. Follow this with 5 minutes of calf stretching. Make sure you are wearing appropriate shoes as well. If you have not had your foot type assessed you can do so at most shoe stores or by seeing a Podiatrist. For supportive shoes you may want to look at the line of footwear by Aetrex (www.aetrex.com).
