When I sit down, even for a short while, when I stand up my feet feel uncomfortable and I struggle to walk; its not a pain just feels weird.
Hello and thank you for your question. I’d suggest starting with foot release on a daily basis. Often times when patients feel a generalized foot pain or hard to describe foot sensation it is due to fascial tightness throughout the entire foot. This can start to put excess pressure on the small nerves and blood vessels of the feet creating this sensation you are describing. I would stand on a golf ball or RAD Roller (www.radroller.com) 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night every day. In addition you can roll your calves on the RAD Roller or stretch for 5 minutes. If the pain continues then you can start to look at your shoes and stress you are placing on your feet to make sure there is not in imbalance there. I hope this helps!
