I have pain in the heels of both feet. It’s more painful when I walk, or stop for prolonged periods of time. Is this plantar fasciitis? Thank you.
Hello and thank you for your question. Sounds like you may have plantar fasciitis. What I recommend doing first is doing a 2 week routine of daily foot release with a golf ball or RAD Roller (www.radroller.com). Roll the bottom of the foot and calf for 10 minutes every single day. Follow this with 10 minutes of ice or standing on a frozen water bottle. You can also do NSAIDS (Advil. Aleve. Motrin) every day for the 2 weeks or take Omega 3s and Quercitin or Curcumin which are natural anti-inflammatories. If you still have pain after 2 weeks of the above then I’d suggest seeing a Podiatrist who can better evaluate you in person. I hope this helps!
