I’m very active, doing lifting 3 days a week and cardio 2. For the last 7 weeks both of my feet have been hurting, enough that I stopped going to the gym. I figured I must have over trained and that if I rested for a few days the pain would go away. It hasn’t. I’m a 6’2″ 195lbs man. My feet are size 12, long, and narrow. They’ve always been a bit flat as well. The pain is in the ball of my feet. When I sit down, I usually don’t notice, but when I walk it’s intense. Initially, I thought I might be plantar fasciitis or that I partially tore a tendon. I’m concerned with the amount of time it’s taking to mend. I’ve put padded orhortics in my shoes trying to speed up the process and try to stay off my feet when possible. Appreciate any help you can offer.
