Numb last three toes & thick place on outer half of the sole

My last three toes on the left foot are often numb. Then a thick, slightly swollen area developed on the outside sole below those toes that feels like it’s filled with silly putty. Also, occasionally, there is a bone or tendon that shifts in my upper ankle. All of this seems to be especially noticeable in the morning.

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you have several issues going on with your feet. See a Podiatrist may be your best bet so that all can be fully addressed. Before you see the Podiatrist, pay close attention to if any of these issues are painful and specifically when they are painful.

Note any changes in the numbness, swollen area and/or the ankle tendons. All sound like three distinct issues so it may be in your best interest to get a full evaluation with a Podiatrist. Good luck!
