lynco orthotics

My scan shows medium arch, and I was sold L600 casual, which has helped very much. Since I am on my feet for hours on cement, would the “sport” help me more ?? And is the sport what I need when walking on the treadmill ?? Which “S” numerical should I order ? thank you!

    Thank you for your question.

Cement is probably one of the most unforgiving surfaces to stand on all day – so yes a more supportive orthotic would be of great benefit. The L400 or Sport Series is made of a denser, more resilient material so this orthotic would be more appropriopriate for standing all day.

Since you were scanned as a medium arch with no posting, then I would get the L400 Sport Orthotic. This insert is designed for all athletic or fitness activities so this same orthotic can be used when walking on the treadmill. Please note that the more you stand, walk or workout in the orthotic the faster it will wear down. I would recommend getting an orthotic for your workout shoes, and one for your work shoes. This way you can alter the pressure on the foot and avoid uneccessary pain.

    Good luck!
