Inside of foot bone hurts

When walking for a few hours, the inside of foot bone hurts, its not the ankle, its the bone running along side it under the ankle. The pain then lasts a long time.. Mainly inside of foot when pressure is applied to it.. Wen walking, to avoide the pain, (when its hurting) need to make sure no pressure is put on inside of foot n have to walk using the outside of foot, which becomes uncomfortable after a while.. Wearing flats or high heels dose not make any difference to if the pain occurs or not.

Thank you for your question. Without examining you it is difficult for me to accurately diagnosis what may be causing your foot pain. I recommend seeing a Podiatrist who can more accurately assess and evaluate your foot. In the mean time I would minimize your activity and control any inflammation or swelling to the area.

    Good luck!
