I had been diagnosed with Tendonosis and have been stretching for the last year and a half. Sometimes too much I think. Mostly the wall stretch Dorsiflexion kind after some physical therapy.
I noticed a while back that I no longer have pain in the tendon, now only where it meets the bone but that wasn’t getting any better with my current routine. Seems like maybe I should be changing my stretching routine? I’ve read that you should do less Dorsiflexion and more Isometric so I recently started doing that. Should I stop the wall stretch completely? What should I be changing, and what should I not be changing?
