Hurts to Put Pressure on Foot

I have fibromyalgia, and I am experiencing some significant foot pain in my left foot. It hurts to put pressure on it of any kind. Standing and walking are difficult but not impossible. Even putting my foot on the bed when I lay down causes pain. It is not a localized pain, it covers my entire foot. I have had tendonitis in myleft ankle before, but this is completely different. I am not sure if this is just part of my fibromyalgia or if it is a different problem with my foot. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Hello and thank you for your question. I really would need to examine you as your description is non-speciic. If you haven’t seen a Podiatrist I’d consider seein one. In the mean time you can begin to roll / release the foot and calves daily for 10 min. I recommend using a golf ball, lacrosse ball or RAD Roller (www.radroller.com) I’d follow this with 10 minutes of icing or standing on a frozen water bottle. I hope this helps
