The heel of my feet hurt bad when I get up in the morning and I wear support knee highs and they still hurt when I walk it hurt some time it don’t hurt at all
Hello and thank you for your question. Sounds like you may be experiencing plantar fasciitis symptoms. I would start by ensuring you are wearing supportive footwear and possibly inserts such as Lyncos (www.aetrex.com) in your shoes. In addition I would suggest releasing your feet every night. Roll your foot on a golf ball or lacrosse ball 10 minutes every night followed by 5 minutes of calf stretching. If your pain persists after doing the above every day for 7 – 10 days then I’d suggest seeing a Podiatrist. I hope this helps!
