Foot and toe pain

I do have bunions but as soon as fall winter arrive my large and second toes become very painful at the tips. The second toe is affected under the padding. I also have reynods. Socks with seams hurt as well as thinner socks. I do have to keep my feet warm but it is a challenge with footwear. I saw a dr who diagnosed the bunions and reynods. I wrap my feet in px nitro-bid 2% and plastic wrap. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello and thank you for your question. For anyone with Raynaud’s you want to limit your cold exposure and ensure you are avoid anything that can cause vasospasm of the small vessels in the hands and feet. You can consider alternative treatment options which are good for circulation including whole body vibration (www.powerplate.com) and infrared sauna. Also ensure that your shoes are properly fitted as to avoid excess pressure on the tips of the toes. Good luck!
