Hi, I am experiencing foot pain in the top,of my foot behind my 4th toe and pinky toe. It is slightly painful when resting, much more painful when walking
Thank you for your question. Without examining you it is difficult for me to accurately diagnose you but I can give you general tips to begin to guide you.
Depending on the type of pain or if there is any associated numbness, the diagnosis may be different. In this area of the foot a Podiatrist would want to rule out neuroma, capsulitis, stress fractures, and sprains. I recommend seeing a Podiatrist who can better evaluate your foot. Good luck!
