Foot pain – both feet

I am having severe and throbbing foot pain in both of my feet. Pain is located on lateral and medial / planter sides of feet. It is intense in the morning and sometimes gets less intense throughout the day, but not always. Any information would be appreciated!

Thank you for your question. Without examining you it is difficult for me to accurately diagnosis what may be causing your foot pain. I recommend seeing a Podiatrist who can more accurately assess and evaluate your foot. In the mean time I would minimize your activity and control any inflammation or swelling to the area. Try to pay attention what activities increase the pain and what/if anything decreases the pain. Does stretching help? Does changing your shoes help? Does ice help? All this information will help the Podiatrist in diagnosing the cause of your pain. Good luck!
