foot pain

I have been experiencing pain right below my toes along the bottom of my foot all the way across from left to right. It seems to hurt more when I walk. When i put pressure on either side of my foot by squeezing it, it is in a lot of pain. It is also very tender right below the pinky toe. I feel that my foot is not flat to the ground when I walk. Please let me know if I should see a doctor or the pain will subside.

Thank you for your question. Without examining you it is very difficult for me to say exactly what may be causing your pain. I would recommend seeing a Podiatrist who can better evaluate your foot.

In the mean time, try to track what activities or movements increase the pain, and what/if anything decreases the pain. This information will better help the Podiatrist with diagnosing the cause of your pain.

    Good luck!
