If I do, pain will start and burning sensation also coming. Then need to sit long time to reduce my pain. This pain is now in one month old and I had taken ayurvedic medicine. But still paining and swelling also there if I do walking/standing.I am wearing normal heel shoe always. I don’t know the exact root cause of the paining. Hello and thank you for the question. Without examining you it is difficult for me to say exactly what may be the cause of your pain.

Having said that, some general recommendations include making sure you are stretching your feet and have adequate support. I advise all my patients stretch their calves for at least 5 minutes twice a day. In addition proper footwear or orthotics is important especially for those patients with flat feet.

If you have never seen a Podiatrist and had a biomechanical exam, this may be beneficial. Aetrex offers a great line of footwear with insoles using their unique Mozaic technology, which allows you to customize the orthotics to your exact areas of discomfort. In addition, the Lynco orthotics are some of the best on the market.

    I hope this helps!
