Ball of foot pain

I have this constant pain in the ball of my left foot that goes to the side of my foot. My toes feel a little strange at times. I try to stretch my foot to see if its just tightness and that tends to make it hurt a little more, but Ive had it for a few days now and don’t know what it could be. I am also overweight so not sure if that plays a part?

    Hello and thank you for your question. I would start by releasing your foot and stretching your calves. To release your foot I would roll on a golf ball or RAD Roller ( for 10 minutes every day. Follow this with 5 minutes of calf stretching and 30 minutes with a Correct Toes ( If your foot pain persists after doing this every day for 1 – 2 weeks then I’d consider seeing a Podiatrist in person to have your feet evaluated in person.
