Hello and thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have pain in one area of the foot and then another area shortly after. The foot takes a lot of stress and impact with every step we take that it is easy to get another injury near the area. I would start rolling your feet on a golf ball or lacrosse ball for 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of calf stretching. You can follow this with 10 minutes of icing the foot. If you want you can also take an NSAID every day for 1 week. If you do all of the above every single day for a week and you get no improvement then I would see a Podiatrist. I hope this helps!
