Hello ~

My mom is looking for a really good shoe for her feet. She did have a pair of Naturalizers that she loved, but she has finally worn them out, and they no longer make exactly what she had bought several years ago.

Can anyone please recommend something to her? She has a high arch, flexible foot, and her feet "splay" when she puts weight on them. Her feet ache a lot, and it also makes her thighs hurt. Can anyone help? Is there a new surgical procedure she could do? Or if you know of a show for this type of foot, please let me know. Thanks! PS She just turned 70.

their many shoe out there. Have you checked out SAS. Have have tried Off the shelf inserts with arch sapports. Go to a store that is into comfort shoes.

Way before you should think about a " new surgical procedure " I would recomend seeing foot health proffessional.

Dear Angie
I would recommend that you go to the foot.com site, there are a number of excellent products on the market, depending on foot type, comfort and style. The other alternative is to go the foot.com site and go to the heading "find retailer", there you will find a list of stores in your neighborhood, where you may be able to speak with a trained pedorthist and try on shoes prior to purchasing them.

Good-luck and thank-you for contacting foot.com,
