well i've had corns on my baby toes for some years and I finally got rid of them, but my baby toes has a white spot on them. Because of that i'm not able to wear certain shoes, I just want my baby toes fully brown so I can wear flip flops too. Is there any solutions to the problems I am having

All in all you have scared your toe and the pigment may never be the same. Try make-up. It should work fine.
