I was wondering if someone could help me identify this: I've always had a ....BUMP i guess .... on the outer sides of my feet. it feels just like a bone. up until a month ago, I thought everyone had this, but my boyfriend was rubbing my feet and asked me about it. After looking at HIS feet, i realized mine look kinda funny. does ANY ONE know what this thing is and what's it's function is?

The area where you are pointing is the location of your styloid process off the fifth metatarsal. Yes, everyone does indeed have this but some are more prominent than others. If yours is not causing you any discomfort then I would not worry about it. You will just need to pay special attention when buying shoes to make sure the shoes do not rub on this area.
