I've been diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma in both my feet. I had an injection of Cortisone in the right one (the worse) with a little improvement. I've had another problem for the past 2-3 years. It starts when I wear closed shoes in the fall. The skin underneath my 4th toes splits while I'm drying my feet after a shower and it's very painful. It heals if I'm careful not to move them and use antibiotic ointment. I have no symptoms of athletes foot.
