I run about 2.5 files 3 times a week, and I've never had any problems. Yesterday I decided to take it up to five miles. About half way through the day I started getting really bad pain in the side of my foot. I can't put any pressure on it, and anti-inflamatories & ice don't work. It seriously feels like my foot is broken. Any advice?
