I have had problems over the past year with plantar faciatis. Now I am having pain with my toes curling under. It started with the toe next to my big toe on both feet, now it is all my toes (except big toe) on both feet. Please help me!

It sounds like you may be developing hammer toes. They usually are a result of a muscular imbalance. I suggest that you go and see a Podiatrist to get evaluated and see if that is an accurate diagnosis.
