I'm new here and I am looking for anyone who has experienced pain from plantar fasciitis together with pain around ankle of same foot. The pain from both these symptoms is unbearable at times. I have been wearing orthotics in my shoes, do streching exercises and walk as often as I can, but the pain can become so intense for days and then feel fine for awhile, only to find myself once again with that terrible pain. I do not know the exact cause of my ankle pain. Icing the bottom of my heel helps, but this doesn't help the ankle. It does seem related to certain weather conditions - change in termperature and high humidity.
I welcome any info regarding a similar experience, suggestion, or comment you might have.
