Hello, I am in my early 60s and for a long time now, I have had a great deal of pain and swelling around my ankle, especially on the top portion of my feet and by the bone that sticks out on the laterial side of the foot (the lateral malleolus i believe its called). It has become very uncomfortable for me to even wear shoes. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank You.
