Hi All,

I am at a loss here, I have recently (within the last month) been getting extreme pain on the side of my foot, it's not in the heel, but in front of the heel on the other side of the arch. The pain happens if I an walking, or lying dawn, and it is so bad that I literally have to scream out load in pain. I work from home, so I only wear shoes about once a week for a few hours. I do have flat feet.
The pain catches me off guard so totally that I can't tell you if it's always on the same foot, yet I do believe it is. I can see nor feel any changes in the shape of my foot.
Any ideas where I can start looking? Everything is either toe, heel, arch or ball of foot, and mine does not seem to fall under and of that.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Moretakitty
I would probably suggest that you go to see a Podiatrist. That way you can get a full exam and the doctor can correlate your symtoms, subjective history with your clinical examination.

Good-luck and thank-you for contacting foot.com,
