Hi, I was hoping to get some input on my right foot pain. I have a nerve that runs on the top of my foot about beginning midway where if I point my toes, it causes sharp pain and tingling to run down to my big toe. At the same time, I have a spot on my heel that hurts as the day goes by. There is a very specific place on my heel that hurts if I push on it and walk on it. Does anyone have any ideas what these two things are and if they are related? Thanks in advance for your help.
