Dear Wellwisher
Corns can be a difficult problem. They usually result from intermittent pressure to an area, especially over bony prominences. Corns located on the tops of toes are actually easier to deal with surgically than those located on the bottom of the feet. The other option is to have the corns removed manually by your Podiatrist. I would not recommend any over the counter "corn remover" because these products usually contain sal acid which can result in an ulcer if not properly utilized.
You may try to contact Dr. Alex Garcia or Dr. Harkless in the Dallas area.

Good-luck and thank-you for contacting foot.com,
