I am not sure about the growth next to my little toe it is red and sore as all get out. Please if someone know that it is let me know

This sounds like the beginning of a corn.

Corns like calluses develop from an accumulation of dead skin cells on the foot, forming thick, hardened areas. Corns can become inflamed due to constant friction and pressure from footwear.
