[COLOR=blue]Hello...anyone out there ?
My father has a sore on the right side of his foot just below the baby toe. It has been there since November from his boot rubbing a sore on it. It has gotten worse and he has been seeing Podiatrist that has not chosen to deeply debreed it. Does anyone have experience with this ? He has an appt tomorrow morning with the wound care center so maybe we will get answers there. He also has gout in his foot which makes it even worse. His current Dr. says that if it is deeply debreeded, he will end up with a bigger hole that won't heal either. However two months ago, he accidently cut his toe skin while trimming his toe nails. It bled alot but healed within a weeks time. If you can give any advice I'd really appreciate it !
