I am not sure what this may be...
I am a tri athlete....
My left foot on its own whether I may be sitting down or swimming, I feel an electric charge in the bottom of my foot.
It radiates up my left leg sometimes to my crotch.

It started 3 weeks ago.
I have orthotics but they are chiropractic.
it seems to be only aggravated when I work out.

You would have to have tests done to detremine exactly what is causing the raditing pain up your leg but I would suggest continuing with the orthotics. This will support and control your foot.
