i have alot of pain in both my feet. i work on cement, so i bought the best boots i could. i went to the good feet store, the said i needed insoles. everything was fine for about 2 months,then it started all over again. i went back to them and they said i needed a more agressive insole, but they are not helping. i am fine during the day, but after i get off my feet is when they really hurt.the pain is all over the bottom of my feet. please help!

It sounds as if you have tried a number of solutions for your foot pain. Working on your feet and in boots and for long periods of time can be quite fatiguing to the body. If you have tried the pre-fabricated insoles then it may be time for you to invest in a pair of custom molded orthotics. You would need to make an appointment with your podiatrist, who will take an impression of your feet and order the accommodations which will best suit your condition. The initial investment may seem expensive, but in the long run your feet will appreciate it.
