i have brown spots on the archs of my feet. the same place on both sides. does anyone know what these are?

I also have brown spots that are on the hill of my right foot. Mine kinda looks like sand inside a callus and only hurts when I play ball. I have tried cutting the callus off but the spots look like they just go further into my foot.

Skin lesions usually need a visual exam to determine the cause but one possibility is plantar warts. These are warts that are found on the bottom of the foot and are usually brown, red or black. I would suggest having your doctor exam the lesions for a definitive diagnosis.
