I have been experiencing heat flashes mainly in my right bottom of foot. Does anyone know what would cause this to happen. It was just every so often, but now its coming several times daily. I would appreciate any information you may have for me.. blink.gif

Burning or tingling can be a sign of peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage). This is usually caused by diabetes but can also be caused by alcoholism, vitamin deficiency, HIV, to name a few. I would suggest having your podiatrist do tests to determine if it is nerve damage.
