this is a little personal but when i stretch my left leg sometimes i get a sharp pain on the bottom of my big toe (not the joint) but at the fleshy part of the big toe. It usually occurs when i stretch my leg or (I am not circumcised sorry for the info but i think its necessary) pull back my foreskin or touch its left side, im worried and don't know what it is a pinched nerve or what, or if i can get rid of the sharp pain. I would apreciate it if someone can reply. thank you!

A shooting pain is usually related to nerve damage. I would suggest seeing your doctor for additional tests.
