hello, my husband have congrestive heart failure, diabetic--- went to foot doctor and said that he lost some feeling to foot.. does it affect to ability to drive?

Dear Susan
Peripheral neuropathy results in numbness, tingling, burning and pain. Patients extent of neuropathy varies and can only be evaluated by their doctor. Peripheral neuropathy would impair someone's ability to drive because it may impair one's ability to feel their extremity (depending on the extent of their neuropathy).
