[FONT=Optima] unsure.gif I have been working on a concrete floor for 6 months, with no padding and my feet hurt extremely bad. The pain is in my heel, on the side, and under my great toe, & the ball of my foot. Both feet are affected. I am not overweight, I do not wear high heels. i have been using insoles & no relief. Any suggestions?

Dear Pinkasu2,
Unfortunately concrete floors are very unforgiving. You may want to try wearing a pair of sneakers(if work permits) that are coushioned and supportive, try looking through the foot.com web site for some suggestions. Shoes such as New Balance or Aetrex footwear in combination with Lynco inserts to provide added support. I would also recommend that you see a Podiatrist for further evaluation.

Good-luck and thank-you for contacting foot.com
