I have been doing some research on the net about the pain on the outside center of my feet. I just started playing soccer again and this pain just started. Through research is sounds like I am suffering from cuboid sublaxation. What exactly that means i am not quite sure except that the tendon is strained.
How can I tape it to make it better when playing? What else can be done to help me out?

Dear Collin,
The peroneus longus tendon travels along the plantar aspect of the cuboid and can get strained with activity. Cuboid subluxation is usually a term used to describe a condition which involves the spasm of the peroneus longus muscle. I would suggest that you follow-up with your Podiatrist. That way, he/she may confirm your diagnosis and put forth an appropriate treatment plan.
