After 1 year I still have alot of foot and ankel pain. The longer I'm on my feet the more they hurt. I've had shots and nerve test and nothing seams to come up with anything wrong. Scar tissue is the only answer I get. Is there anything else that it could be.

Dear David,
That's a tough question. I think that it would probably be best if you went to see a Podiatrist/Foot and ankle specialist, so that you can be fully evaluated. Giving advice/ diagnosis and treatment is as you know quite difficult to do without physcially evaluating a patient.
Good-luck and thank-you for contacting foot.com,

I have a friend going through the exact same thing.... lots of pain in her feet after Plantar Fasciitis Surgery in both feet. I've been trying to offer her help as a reflexologist, but she still seems to suffer regardless of everything she's tried. And like David said, the more she's on her feet, the more they hurt.
She's tried numerous ways to ease the pain and has been going to several doctors with little hope. About the only bit of relief she finds is from a vinegar foot bath (apple cider vinegar).
If anyone has undergone anything simliar or has any advice... please post it.
Anything at this point would be greatly appreciated.
