Hi, while I'm at it, I thought I would see if I can find anything out about why my feet tend to burn on the bottom when I work out at the gym using the elliptical trainer or stairmaster. I was trying to use them as an alternative to running, but get a hot, numbing feeling in my feet after about 15 minutes. Any one else have this ? What is it, my shoes, my feet seem to be causing me so much trouble lately!
