Ok, so sometimes i get these little sorta liquid filled bumps all over the bottom of my foot, and it itches A LOT. You can't really see them that well, but you can sorta feel them, and if i scratch it my foot gets all hot. They're very small and strangely i get them on my hands too...... what is it? how do i get rid of it? I've tried cortisone cream but it doesnt really work. I also have eczema, could that be it?

It may be some a pustular/vesicular type of athlete's foot, however, it may also be a form of ezcema. Go see a Podiatrist so that an accurate diagnosis can be made.
