Hi. New here. hoping someone can answer my question. My mother is diabetic. 2 days ago, her foot became beet red, and swollen. she was taken to hospital and administered a quick release antibiotic. she must receive this treatment for 3 days. I was wondering if this condition is common to a diabetic, and how serious it is. any replies are appreciated.
