After I wear a pair of hiking boots for a while and they break-in to my feet the boot on the left always looks different from the one on the right. What is causing this?

Dear Ray,
It sounds like you may be applying more weight on one side of the foot than the other. I am assuming that you are looking at the boots from the back end. You may want to consider buying a pair of over the counter orthotics or a custom made orthotic device. They help to rebalance the weight applied to your feet and shoes. Give either one of those products a try.

Good-luck and thank-you for contacting foot.com,
