you may wish to go to a neurologist.. i have poly neuropathy, which is similar

Burning sensation can be a sign of peripheral neuropathy which is most often associated with diabetes, but there are other conditions that can lead to peripheral neuropathy. Such as, poor blood circulation (PVD), HIV, vitiman difficiency, alcoholism to name a few. I would suggest you discuss this with your doctor to determine if it is being caused by an underlying disorder.
