my whole life revolves around football but im soo crap and my feet are so bent i am forward and i roof it! i have no skills!

Dear Alex,
The information that you have submitted is a little limited. So, my response will be based only upon the information that you have currently supplied. Well first off is the cramping in your feet generalized or is it limited to an area, such as your toes or your arch? Have you tried stretching prior to activity? Are you wearing proper shoe gear? Do you have hammer toes? Are you properlly hydrated during your activites? While playing sports or if you are invovled in intense manual labor, sweating tends to deplete your body of electrolytes which sometimes causes cramping. So if you're healthy with no history of diabetes, try to also incorporate sports drinks such as Gatoraid, which will help replenish lost electrolytes and keeps you well hydrated as well. If you have hammer toes you will also need a more thorough work-up. Further assessment will require an evaluation by your Podiatrst.
