Hello,I'm LAM2980,I been dealing with planter fasciitis for a few year now.I went to the doctor .The doctor gave me cortazone shots for awhile.NO LUCK!Then she showed me some streches,It helps somtimes,I'm always on my feet,I'm in pretty good shape.I'm only 40 year old. From there I went to Tharaphy, for six weeks. Then I got a mould of my feet , for special insoles.I now get some support I need. But still every day,my foot hurt so bad,I CAN CRY!!!
I'm hoping I don't have to live like this the rest of my LIFE.

You have tried many of the treatments for plantar fasciitis, like the cortisone injections, orthotics and physical therapy. Has your doctor give you stretching exercsises to do at home? These can be very helpful and will really help to do in the morning. Also, you should discuss with your podiatrist about the option of a night splint. The night splint helps stretch the plantar fascia while you sleep. Our web site has a night splint device available that you may want to invest in so log on to Foot.com
