Hi...I've had this problem off and on for years. I have a rash on my right foot that starts from the outer side of the foot and spreads to the bottom. But it is not on the bottom. The rash consists of little tiny blisters that turn red after a while. The skin on the bottom of my foot and heel is very thick and dry and I also get some of these little bumps between my toes. I have tried EVERYTHING. This seems to flare up in the summer and disappears in the winter. However, it has not appeared in the last three years. I was thinking athletes foot, but why only one foot?

Your skin problem does not follow the classic signs of Athlete's Foot and would need a visual examination inorder to diagnose. It may not be a fungal infection, which is the organism that causes Athlete's Foot.
