Recently I have taken up jogging again to get myself back in shape. About three years ago I was able to run regularly for 5 miles a day but any distance over that I would get numbness in both of my feet. Now I have packed on a few extra pounds and the numbness is starting even earlier around the 1.5 mile marker. I do have flat feet and wide feet and am about 30 Lbs over weight but even when I was 40 Lbs lighter the problem still happend. I have tried diffferent shoes and loosened up the laces but still no change.
